A nemzetközi Science on Stage fesztiválokat kétévente, – a páratlan években – szervezik, más-más vendéglátó országban. Ezeken a 3-4 napos rendezvényeken Európa minden tájáról kb. 350 általános és középiskolai tanár mutatja be legjobb, innovatív tanítási ötleteit kiállítási standokon, műhelyeken és színpadi előadásokon. A fesztiválok – és a Science on Stage Europe – alapelve: “tanároktól tanároknak“.
A nemzetközi fesztiválokra az egyes országok – a lakosság létszáma alapján megállapított – kvóta alapján delegálhatnak résztvevőket. A delegáltakat a 25 ország saját, nemzeti fesztiváljain választja ki a bemutatott oktatási projektjeik alapján. Ezeket a nemzeti fesztiválokat a nemzetközi fesztivált megelőző páros évben rendezik meg a résztvevő országokban.

Annamária Komáromi (Balassi Bálint 8 évfolyamos Gimnázium): Thermal protector ’sunshade’. (Subjects: Physics, Geography, Stand number 217)

Abstract: Skylab, the first American space station, was built on the modified S-IVB third stage of the Saturn V rocket in the Apollo programme. It was sent orbiting the Earth unmanned. At launch, one of its solar panel arrays was destroyed and its protection from solar heating was also removed. The first crew, in a spacewalk, installed light reflecting and thermal insulating 'sunshade' outside the space station, making the inner area temperature tolerable. It may be attempted under Earth conditions how a thermal shield can protect objects behind it from the heat of a thermal source, e.g. a heater. |
Zsanett Finta (Szombathelyi Nagy Lajos Gimnázium): Experiments on light with the use of smartphone. (Subjects: Physics, ICT, Stand number 27)
Abstract: The examination of light waves has always been a difficult topic in secondary schools. In this
project students carry out a qualitative examination of light phenomena with the help of smartphones. With the self-made box they
compare the illumination and the capacity of the light sources depending on the position of different light sources. Furthermore, they
also examine the traditional light wave phenomena, such as absorption, reflection and refraction. The students compare the new measurement
methods and results with the traditional ones. poster: [jpg] |

A rendezvényen munkacsoportunk öt tagja (Finta Zsanett, Gärtner István, Jaloveczki József, Komáromi Annamária, Leitner Borbála) vett részt projekttel, Leitner Borbála ezen felül még műhelyfoglalkozást is tartott. A zsűri döntése alapján közülük hárman nyerték el, hogy a magyar delegáció tagjaként részt vehessenek a 2017. nyarán szintén Debrecenben megrendezett Science on Stage nemzetközi fesztiválon (két fő projekttel, egy fő projekt nélkül), valamint Finta Zsanett a National Instruments Hungary Kft., Jaloveczki József pedig az Agóra Debrecen egyik különdíját is elnyerte.
